Everyday in some way we influence and impact those with whom we come in contact. Leadership which is consciously creating this impact has its challenges, none more basic than the clarity to know what our vision is and the ability to enroll others in that vision.

Because of the impact we can potentially create there are ethical responsibilities. It is essential for us to know ourselves intimately and to develop clarity as to what these values and priorities are. Without examining who we are and what we believe in we will never grasp our full potential and the effect on ourselves and others that our actions will have.

With this sense of integrity and integrated Leadership we will find others more willing to be in alignment with us and our vision. It is only then will we be able to fully influence all the environments in which we are connected.
