GET THE ENERGY MOVING AGAIN
I was talking with Frank(not real name) in a coaching session and he expressed to me that he was concerned with the growth of his business.
For many years, Frank a service professional, relied on a few referral sources for a steady flow of clients.
Frank noticed that those referral sources have dried up. As we explored what was going on in other areas of his life, Frank revealed to me that he hadn’t made any new friends in quite some time.
So Frank’s life was at a standstill. Frank also felt at a certain level that life had passed him by.
I encouraged Frank to put some energy into making new contacts. I believed that his not making new friends was connected with his business reaching a standstill.
For Frank this would require his getting out of his comfort zone and put himself out there, rather than staying in his office. It would require him to make the first call.
If you feel a little bit like Frank don’t hesitate to make that first call. Get the energy flowing again. When you notice that your energy seems stuck in one area of your life, most likely it’s stuck in other areas. Make that call. Call to that class.
I have seen numerous clients just like Frank get excited again.
